TRAFFICKED PEOPLE

We are working on improving the current government legislation regarding people trafficking, and travel around the country giving training to local government bodies.

SCHOOL PROGRAMME

We run sessions on issues such as HIV/AIDS and sex trafficking for school children and students, to allow them to discuss these otherwise often taboo issues.

REFUGEES

At our centre on Krasnova Street, we provide long-term support to those who have moved to Odessa seeking refuge from their home countries. This includes sustained consulation with social workers and psychologists, pitching and implementing business plans and teaching.

STREET CHILDREN

We work to provide street children with training and refuge.

COMMUNITY CENTRE

A centre for those affected by HIV/AIDS and addiction. It is permanently staffed by social workers, many of whom have come through periods of addiction and illness themselves. The centre is a safe space to socialise and recieve confidential advice, contraceptives and health checks.

OUR CURRENT PROJECTS

CENTRE SOFIA

Currently, 5 women are living in our refuge centre, where they recieve accommodation, training and support.

INTERNAL REFUGEES

Since the war in the East, over 20,000 Ukrainians have been displaced to Odessa, often leaving behind everything but their passports. We are working to provide them with essentials for the winter, and to coordinate work with them beyond that.
